I'm taking a stab at manually MTLing/cleaning this and I can definitely see why nobody has touched this; there's a decent chunk of Japanese in the game code itself. Looks like they modified stock RPGMaker a decent amount. Furthermore, some code tries to read object properties, which will break if you translate them blindly with most standard translators. Not to mention the regular encoding issues and a weird custom sound effect event system that this game has, along with the fact that RPGMaker XP won't automatically inject newlines for long text chunks. Translating this is kind of a pain. That being said, the combat is pretty unique compared to other RPGMaker games, in a good way. I kinda like it so far, but I'm not that deep yet.
