You fucked up the file's names upon extracting the game. I am surprised it's running at all, makes me wonder if that wasn't your fault, and it's just badly packed to begin with... Or maybe most of the assets have an english name, except for that, hard to say.

but I am leaning more against the possibility that your game is simply badly packed.

It could also be due to a bad translation. Especially if it's a MTL.
Since the title of the game and the rest are working fine, it's very unlikely that's your fault, but i'd still give it a shot.
