Hello dear Apple users like me! 
A few days ago I found by chance a guide from a developer who had made some applications for IOS that are for sale in the App Store, of course you have to pay a small sum, but for people who is lover these games like me is nothing. Without further ado, here is the guide that I took from github, all the credit to my new god CrazyPeter.
I tried each of the apps and they all work excellent (at least from my iPad PRO 2020 and iPhone SE 2020)

Hola queridisimos usuarios de Apple como yo, hace unos días encontre por casualidad una guia de un desarrollador que habia hecho algunas apliaciones para IOS que están a la venta en la App Store, claro hay que pagar una pequeña suma, pero para gente que ama estos juegos como yo no es nada. Sin mas, aquí les dejo la guía que saque desde github, todo el credito a mi nuevo dios CrazyPeter.
Probé cada una de las aplicaciones y todas funcionan excelente (al menos desde mi iPad Pro 2020 y iPhone SE 2020)

De hecho, la mayoría de los juegos de galgame pueden ejecutarse bajo iOS, pero tienes que confirmar con qué motor de juego quieres jugar a galgame. Debido a que el motor del juego es diferente, el método utilizado es diferente.

Características de los juegos: Tiene que tener uno de los siguientes archivos: 0.txt, 00.txt, nscript.dat y nscript.___ en el directorio raíz de la carpeta. En general, también contiene archivos multimedia .nsa.

- How to use these apps / Cómo usar estas aplicaciones

- First, you have to prepare the game on the PC separately , and find its production engine according to the above game features.
Primero, tienes que preparar el juego en el PC por separado y encontrar su motor de producción de acuerdo con las características del juego anteriores. - Download iTunes on the PC, prepare your iOS device, and connect the iOS device via USB
Descarga iTunes en el PC, prepara tu dispositivo iOS y conecta el dispositivo iOS a través de USB - Find your APP in the apps column, and drag the game folder to the position shown

Busque su APP en la columna de aplicaciones y arrastre la carpeta del juego a la posición mostrada.
- After the transfer is complete, open the APP on your iOS device to see the game, click to start playing
