Yes, developing Pizza Cold at the same time as Hot will slow the introduction of new story content into the games - as someone who supports Pizza Hot on SS, I too have my concerns about this decision.
But it doesn't exactly take a game dev background to recognize that a lot of the backend systems can be reused in both games; Cold is arguably good for Hot in the long run. Like others have said, it serves as a technical testbed for spicier content earlier, while ensuring the integrity of Hot's "slow corruption".
It's not like Abelius is a god who doesn't make mistakes. Valid criticism is healthy, and based on my interactions in his Discord they are also welcome. But mindlessly preaching "DEv Is mIlkIng pEoPLe Game goNNa faIl!!!" is not the way to go lmao.
I liked it, I prefer porn games like this that let me get straight to the point in their absurdity and sexual encounters. Of course I still enjoy Pizza Hot and still see great potential with it, Cold seems like a nice alternative and people can have best of both worlds.

Dev could swap the names of the games. In my opinion 'Pizza Cold' suits better to be slow burn, while 'Pizza Hot' - fast, pure porn fantasy.

Thanks, will the Android version come in the future?It implies a bit more than pushing a button, but I'll try soon with Pizza Hot, after I fix the more problematic current bugs.
For Pizza Cold I'll try today. No guarantees though. In case it won't compile for any reason, I don't have the time to modify the architecture to allow alt platforms.
Thanks for your words. Some of them are just the usual suspects that have been out for my blood with the same perpetual 'milking' and 'you will fail' arguments. It's just not worth it trying to convince them because they need their daily trolling fix.
For the rest of people with legitimate doubts, I've already explained why this isn't going to take a 50% of my time. And... it's very tiring needing to write everything again every four posts, sorry.
Nope, a non-desktop port is out of the question due to a lot of technical reasons.
As for your issue, you need a DirectX11 compliant graphics card at the very minimum, along with a ten years old computer aprox.

Fair points. But I can see where people are coming from because it's not like their questioning is unfounded; if you've been around this site for a while then you definitely must be aware of the tons of abandoned games, or even the amount of devs who either burned out or got ambitious and started 2 or 3 projects at the same time to ultimately fail.
Sure Abelius might just have the best of intentions and be a good exception yes, but everybody has good intentions in their heart until their actions speak for themselves... so don't get too defensive when people start questioning this decision (with reason) because they are jaded from bad past experiences, many of which where also laid with good intentions and promises like "oh no my project is different because the base engine is the same... or it won't take that much additional time I can handle it..." etc etc At the very least, it raises the smallest of red flags which anyone can interpret differently.

For the record, I love where Pizza Hot is going. From some devs I’ve seen, though, the second game beginning development in parallel with the first is the beginning of the end. (Such as Dr. Bones with survivor’s guilt.) I’m just really hoping that doesn’t happen with this since Pizza Hot seems like it could be one of the greats.

Playing this brought back a lot of insexcity memories lol, this kinda gameplay is pretty cool vs the usual renpy/rpgm.
