My pet peeve while setting up a server was that Windows Server forces you to use a very strong password right at the OS installation stage. Then, almost every settings change you make is followed by a reboot, where you have to enter that complicated password again. I think he just fixed the input cable. If the cable was not fully plugged in, this could lead to the screen suddenly going black (Happend to me a few times) .
I think, school is enough. Surely you don't need PhD or MD for that.
I remember one time I was staying at the hospital and my attending doctor liked to wear heels, so each time she walked down the corridor some of my roommates commented on it not in a very nice manner.
