With not having my pc anymore, what apps doesn't everyone suggest to use to run these games? I'm on android if that helps

Some games have Android versions. RPGM MV, Ren'Py and Tyrano games might also have ports if there's no official one around. look for the mobile game tag.

For apps there's JoiPlay that can be used to play a few diffrent game engines, or for just RPGM there's Neko.
