Page that let us select tags and prefix??

A while ago I used a page that let me select tags and so on and I can not find it for the life of me. The selection on on the right of the page and let you select tag engine or progess is this feature gone? Please let me know

I guess the page you are looking for is Latest Updates but you have accidentally clicked on the Filters button and the right bar has disappeared. Click on it again
