Actually, Neus is my complete favourite character in the game. And not just because she's mysterious witch.
She's not genius, yeah, but in all her actions exists some logic, even if it's logic only she can understand.

To each his own, I suppose but the author didn't really do it in a humoristic fashion like Deadpool. He just stopped the scene to reveal his thoughts.
I was thinking that plot is basically everywhere here. At least it take more place than hentai element. Neus' character and actions is pretty believable too in my opinion.

I don't think about her as antagonist at all. This clumsy and shy "schoolgirl"... I never really see her as something evil here. She just wants hero all to herself. And i don't think she's actually "stupid moron", just because she said or do some stupid things. We don't know whole much about her anyway.
Antagonists don't have to be 'evil' in order to be antagonists. Neus is the opposing force that the protagonist struggles against in the story. Without her there'd be no conflict for the protagonist to solve.
Also, turning someone into dust is kinda evil.
It wasn't really "punishment" in way as we see it. It was kind of epidemic "curse" (and most probably Neus actually wanted Didac to become bombshell), and more directed to protagonist, so he can begin to do something, than Didac. Didac actually forget about everything, so of course he doesn't really care. She is just victim in our hands.

But it's all is in her plan. She planning to seduce protag all along. But, she's actually has exremely low self-esteem. As we can see multiple times. And when hero confirms this, of course it's painful for any girls. She IS spoiled child, as we can think after talk about her family. Her family most probably was very rich.
The only plan I can see is her wanting to be closer to the MC. That doesn't work for her advantage when she creates a supermodel that lives in the same apartment as MC. And is also his childhood friend. xD
Extremely low self-esteem? Where? You mean when the MC called her a witch? In the dictionary one of the definitions of a 'witch' is an ugly person so I can see why she might think that the MC called her ugly.
She's pretty shy, and not very confident, and somewhat cheeky (to cover for the rest) and maybe righteous but I digress. Anyway, that's not low self-esteem.
