There's nothing to be extract though, they are videos and pictures.
I think the warning comes from where the creator of this OneDrive link acquires the files. Some Chinese uploaders only have access to Chinese file hosting sites, and due to the content censoring of those sites, they have to zip and encrypt the files.

you're absolutely right, i just uploaded everything from the zip file that i got from hentai-sharing, well i already delete the text file to avoid confusion.
That's very accurate lol, but I don't know about one drive that whether it'll check the content of your files in your folder.
