Others Optimal video format

I have a doubt as to whether the .webm format is worth it for the videos due to the issue of weight. Do you know of any optimal format in quality and weight ?

Not an easy question to answer. It's a trade-off between file size and decoding capacity. Extra storage is generally a cheaper upgrade than a new GPU with decoders on silicon for a desktop user, let alone painfully grafting a beefier graphics subsystem to an old laptop with gnarly cabling, extra enclosures, and a chunky secondary power supply.
