I think you might benefit from making the proportions similar to Nyakumi. even if you don't make the FUTAs exaggerated,at least make the Female models that the FUTA girls will be fucking have super exaggerated proportions similar to Nyakumi. I am saying that because you are talking about being "balanced" which we already see a lot of from other MMD creators and one of the MAIN reasons that we love Nyakumi and what makes him UNIQUE is because he makes some SUPER THICC slightly muscular MMD models, which we don't quite see a lot of especially in MMD. So I STRONGLY suggest you reconsider that part and this is not my opinion, this is the entire threads' opinion and advice.

Super curvy women are not at all unique to Nyakumi. It's also very obvious whenever you are viewing a Nyakumi video. I don't think you need to be so worried - he has a very particular style and you don't need to change a lot to stand out. It very quickly goes from "copying" Nyakumi to being "inspired" by him.
And inspiration is not something you can sue over - only if you ape his style excessively.
I don't think most people know what a Trademark is, it means a LOGO, BRAND, NAME that distinguishes from another LOGO/BRAND/NAME like Nike and Adidas, so if fan #1 de nyakumi decides to name himself "Nyakumi" or one of his models "Akeno" or "Misaki" or has a fucking small white cat as an avatar, then that is a copyright. But other than that, he should be good since Nyakumi doesn't care enough that someone else has similar content, I don't think Nyakumi is even going to sue nor does he have the time, I mean who's going to sue/copyright over fucking porn lmfao
