Use option 1&2 on unren then copy the patch files into your folder. If you are using the TabooPatch copy the folder /patch into /game

I don't think that you really need mod for 0.11. If you want to get best finish, just pick stepsister and her friend, and turn down all the other girls on the dancefloor. If you wanna see sex in the hotel with other girls then just pick them from initial save.
