Here's the GUI for qsp games. Unzip into its own folder and then run qspgui.exe.
The language should already be set to english.
Then click quest > open game. Navigate to the No Escape folder and pick your .qsp and run it.

There's a 1.6Gigs version in the Svscomics. @ace_boogie can you confirm whether they have a version of that size or not?

Yes, i just downloaded that but only the qsp can be switched in english, the game is in russian.
