Hello there !
After searching for a way to display a picture of the actor's bust during their turn while they choose what action they make, i've finally foud it (or i guess it's this, since i can't make it work for now :/) !
It's a plugin called Actor Portraiture made by Drill_up. But the problem is that it seems to only exist in chinese... So i don't really understand how it works, and i need help for this :/ But it's a really useful plugin, and i think many people would be interested in it !
