There was a game where you would swap between a brother and sister with both of them being scientists of some sort and they were developing a drug that the brother used on his friend (girlfriend?) with it ending up making her more submissive and maybe a bimbo. You had the option of just going with it or helping her become normal again. The sister also had her own plots going on with her dominating several other female characters.
