I can suspend plenty of belief, but the MC could use a few more years of growth before he joins any believable 18+ game.

Although there are some exceptions, fictional child pornography is (also) banned in most countries. In US law, apparently, it is only legal if the material produced is not considered obscene:

Pretty sure the only one in Europe that does this would be England and the US censors shit all the time it's not really surprising why its illegal there also I rather have people jacking of too this then going after actual children

One thing I learned from these games is never looking for logic(mainly Shota and another genre that name I can't say without starting a war). Did you play Insexual Awakening ? Where little boy(looks like 12 years old) can satisfy women with giant bodies? This game probably uses the same "logic", if it not banned by Patreon

the problem with your comment is Insexual Awakening isnt on pateron well it isnt on it anymore
