The "fall in a pit for full heals" one? Not to get too far off topic, but yeah. That mechanic made things proceed much more quickly than I expected.

Once you allow your character to get fucked, a little bar fills under her. If the timer elapses, she get's pregnant and gives birth immediately. If you are close to the alter, the creature born becomes one of a random assortment of allied critters. If you're too far away, it becomes a hostile critter that is fairly tanky.

Weirdly, the hostile creature drops little white orbs. I have *No* idea what that is about.
