Leave house to the picture where you see garage far away and door on balcon, there you can go to the city.
You select the spy cam in inventory (backpack) and click on the bathroom door. It won't work if no-one's in the bathroom.

When your in the kitchen, you open your back pack and click on the spy camera, then you just click on the bathroom door.
