Most probably yes. There may be need for an update at one or two times during the development cycle (at least that was the case with MotH - IIRC - though not with MM) but generally it just sets the relationships with the characters without changing major stuff. (I haven't looked at the mod itself as a fair warning, I am just judging from the fact that it is called "mapping".)
