I think ADLER77 does it okay. you can check his iwara. it's not as good as mastapov but but animations are okay

I don't think I've seen anything novel from him. As far as I can tell he only uses other people's scenes while Mastapov makes his own. I like some of Adler's work, he does a good job with model selection and rendering clear, pleasing to look at scenes.
Now that I think about it Sugardust makes pretty good animations. There's also YuukiS and Choirbox. I like Mastapov the best but these other artists are pretty good too.

Mashchan is another option. His videos are all copy-paste compilations of Mastapov's scenes, but with different Mihoyo characters.
On the plus side, he makes them for free and they're available to download on his Patreon.

Harem Impact 13 has the chinese outfit which was on your list + the bunny I uploaded and for 14 there's probably gonna be an alt outfit in a couple of days / a week, depends when he releases it.
