Ok. I will share my saves. 3 sets of saves:
1) JBlue alive/ Manila took bribe, Burke full route, Michael rejected - revenge route, Pusher free, Lucifer got bj & anal, Logan Forger arrested, Derek rejected, Mason full route, John Doe bj
2) JBlue dead - Ghellar route, Burke only bj, Michael romance - revenge with Marcus, Pusher arrested, Lucifer no bj, Logan Forger free, Storm full blackmail route, Derek route, Mason arrested and bj during interrogation,
3) 100% Pure virgin route, neutral route with Michael, always justice option

Most interesting route is JBlue alive, Michael accepted, Manila took bribe, Mason is free, I think.

For what I have played Michael romance is only needed to unlock Storm route & Marcus casino route - Derek route is also possible for 'Michael rejected' route. 'Rejected Michael' route works very well with JBlue bribe, because Michael is using this thing to blackmail Manila.

if you arrest j.blue
When the storm releases it, try to stop it and you will have the route of the storm.

How can I unlock ring? Is it a quest and if it is how to get it? I can't get past the guy asking for invitation and have no idea how to get it.

You have to ask the guy in front of bus when you are in temple. He will give you the invitation letter
