Because of Patreon, they started 1 month aprox to harras all dev on their site either they change the games with incest content or their account would be blocked due to some legal mesures in the Country where they have their server.
Is not only this game wich got these problems DmD got his account blocked as far i did hear but it

They probably just want to keep a clean slate and don't wanna affiliated with porn and such stuff in general, but it's not as easy to outright ban porn, so they keep going after such things like incest that're frowned upon or outright illegal anyway.

They are idiots if they do so, just put a +18 label on it and be done with.

I mean, when you start getting picky people stop liking you

True, especially since they leave some devs alone that bring home more money than others. If you do it, fine then so be it, but do it with everyone and not just the small devs.
