they don't seem like they are "raw" aicg, so i don't see the problem (better that than the overused stock renders from some 3dcg engine or 2d art footdrawn you can often see -_- )

to be honest whilst i love Game Devs and their amazing work. it's a huge turnoff to find out that they didn't put the effort in to get the assets created.
with AI there is no way to acurately tell who the Original creators are as it mashes together images from a scraped Library. that and assets created by Machines don't contain spark of life that things created by human hands do.
(if you catch my meaning)

i hope all artists / creators band together to stop AI creators from using their stuff for AI Learning purposes

It's easy to reproduce high quality work when you have the ability to copy it word by word, art by art, pixel by pixel. But you cannot create a new thing truly with so such methods.
