Regarding the police, after you reach the point in the story where they can appear, they visit the Brothel randomly. You can rush through the scenes with them by going in and out of the Brothel repeatedly. If you don't...

After getting the phone call, the cops show up at the brothel, how am I supposed to advance without getting arrested for having the drugs on me?

when i try to upgrade brother to lvl 4, nothing happens. no error message or upgrade. am i missing something?

also, mom disappeared. no idea where she went.
