People who abuse this method for profit are partly to blame for the stigma AI art carries.

Looking through their previous games, they seem to be making those stereotypical bite-sized and cheap VNs, but at least those ones seem more consistent on style and with real artist putting work in.
And of course, the moment AI art are on the boom, all these creators immediately switched to using AI for even cheaper cost, and you can easily tell they just cobbled together a bunch of generated art and call it a day.

Not to mention that it is a RIGHT hand: valid for when another person is holding your leg; if you do it yourself - the hand you would be using is LEFT, the thumb would be facing outwards. Still, the first thing to have caught my eye was the dildo(?) on that same shot - keep staring at the tip(?) and still have no idea whether this is supposed to be partially inserted or modeled after an equine cock.

I have seen passable AI art, and this isn't it, chief. Someone threw keywords into NovelAI diffusion and didn't even try to finetune the generation, and a real digital artist most definitely didn't work on the images afterward for corrections and touchups. AI only looks acceptable as a base that is then edited by a human digitally. This is just raw machine spew.
