Can't remember the name of the game, however I remember it had relationship, job, shop, and time features. There was also specifically a libido meter for her. You could do a certain amount of things during the day and each thing would progress the time. You could choose at night to interact with the girl staying at your place and use toys or yourself while trying not to wake her up. Depending on how high the relationship meter is, it would change how she reacted if she woke up, etc. Also depending on the relationship level you can simply ask for it and she will start awake. There were also CGs such as in the shower or when choosing the work/shop option seeing her please herself on the edge of a table before you get back. I don't think the game was originally in English but it did have an English version/subs. The game was a 2d visual novel.
