I remember the game pretty well, i just don't remember the title.
Things I remember :
You could choose between Male & Female, and the Male's default name was Dan.
Every shop was a unicolor cube. It was a school setting where you learn magic and fight monsters in the dungeon basement.
MC get unique mind-control magic.
Strong monsters can't get out of the dungeon because of a magic seal that you reach during the initiation to get your unique magic.
There's a bad ending where you try to use a magic book to brainwash everyone, but end up brainwashed yourself too. (edited)
You use a machine to turn dead monsters into gems, which is the currency
To progress in the class, you need to find notes scattered in the dungeon telling you when and where the classes take place.
The nurse get pissed if you try to get out of bed when you're still recovering from injuries, and threaten to break your legs (while smiling).
You could hypnosis a cute shopkeeper to give you free items, but doing it too much lead to her getting fired.
The same shopkeeper also sell gender-bending potions.
The overarching plot involve discovering a conspiracy by one of the professor to mind-control everyone, and trying to foil that plan.
