List of Games with Uncensored Patches

I am just inquiring about games that are listed as censored, but may have an uncensored patch located in the posts of the game thread, or located externally from this site. Unfortunately, mosaics just throw off the whole scene for me. Any responses is highly appreciated.

P.S. If there is also a list of uncensored patched games, that one can direct me too, that would be even better. Thank you!

Don't think there is a list anywhere, good idea though. Too late for me now though, my own uploads were all taken down.
