List of games with critical issues and how to fix them

This post is intended to be a list of games that have critical or gamebreaking issues when first installed, but that can be easily fixed by the user. (i.e. don't require a patch, hotfix, etc.)
Each game listed will include a brief description of the issue, and directions on how to fix it. For most games, this involves changing the locale (Either in system settings or using an Emulator). For this list, System Locale was changed to Japanese and an Emulator was not used.

The List:

Demon Angel Sakura 1-4 [Kokage no Izumi]. (Volume 2 ONLY) Gameplay error prevents advancement. Fix: Goto Install directory and delete "Save" folder
Queen's Legacy. Saved games do not load correctly. Fix: Change Locale
Rack. Purchased test subjects display as 'loading" and cannot be selected. Fix:In-Game, go to Options>disable "Local Load" Setting
The Holy Grail Of Alharahn. Green box displays error about data folder. Fix: Change Locale
