Title mostly summarizes what I remember. The school bullying scene happened probably next to a car and the bully was a girl also.

The actual story, where they are adults starts/happens in an office setting if I remember correctly, the protagonist just started working there.

Maybe it also had a sidestory game, but I am not sure about that.
