It's kinda trial and error. Just ask questions and stuff to raise trust, then ask for things like torch and stuff. Most things in the scene you can ask about, like that skull. Maybe even try to give the poor guy a complement

Found one ending that's not really an ending, it said placeholder.

Pretty much call the queen a slut, whore and other bad words and she will cast a spell on you... then try using that spell yourself when she leaves.
