If you go to Colussia's tavern after that you might find a familiar face.
Warning: It's missable, you have to "take advantage" of her and don't "offer to take her home".
If you got it it then is unlockable in the gallery, yes.

Could be, just stated it from my memory. As far as I know you got two choices in that conversation and I just remembered "dont take her home ".
i am sure but i cant prove it to you because i cant open the game, not even the older versions. i reinstalled the rpg maker bu it didnt help

when i start the game even thouth i have rtp installed it say rgss stopped working,i remember last time i changed game exe name and fixed the problem but i cant remember now the name i put

I have the same problem, during day time it's impossible to see something cause the sandstorm
and during night the MC won't go further because it's too darker
So I can't go at pit ror'ga even day or night

can someone please answer me? i have all the LoQO games and 2 older version of the origin but after i downloaded the latest version, none of them are opening anymore. i reinstall the rpg maker but it didnt do anything.
it is kind of far lol. is there anyway i can just skip to that part lol i been playing for hours

Sorry, there is no skip just to that scene. Maybe someone has a save file for it.
If you go to Port Ronod at night there is a second ship in the harbour all the way to the left. If you go downstairs there is this wandering quiz guy and if you get all 5 questions correct you get a fragment. With it go to one of the save stones where you can now also teleport.
Up there go north to find Illumi. You speak for a little bit and after that you can now always ask her where in the main story you are/what you have to do next.
Does anyone have this issue or a fix? Mayor Willheed comes in to talk and after saying 2 lines, I cant proceed or do anything. The game still runs. Tried restarting/reloading

look for a save file with horseman main and artist number three from the left, right in the middle, preferably with a high level and a lot of money from the starting point. The reason is I've played the game so many times from the beginning I don't want to level up or collect money I just want to enjoy the story. I've tried to manipulate the game with a program, I couldn't do it, I'm apparently too stupid for that. can someone help with a save file? pls!
