for me it would probably be ntr or grinding, gets so booring in the long run doing the same thing over and over, luckily ntr is more of a nuisance since most games offer to cancel it tho so yeah.

Why do incest games always have that one sister who hates you? Is it really some kind of kink to win over a hostile person? Honestly it's a turnoff. Maybe one time was this done well, and it was in Dreams of Desire- and that was because she didn't actually dislike you it turns out lol

It certainly can be. As with all things it depends a lot on how it is delivered of course, but for many the opposite is a turnoff as well - if everybody likes you from the start it can easily be boring.
Since most AVN writers aren't professionals though, many characters, whether one type or the other, can become cliché cardboard cutouts quite quickly. The "two sisters" - the younger an innocent girl who adores you, the older at least dislikes, most likely also disrespects you completely - are one such trope that is certainly overdone.
