I do feel bad for the dev., he created an entertaining game and was making some revenue.
I guess the lesson is if you're going to copy something that already exists use it as a guide and change it enough to appear original.
Like Nintendo did with monsters.

Honestly i'll 100% take having to only have public releases if the alternative is the game being shut down entirely.

My comment was towards the copyright claims and the fact that public links won't be posted anymore, before you say anything about Discord, you have to have an account on Discord so that isn't a truly public post as you must be logged in to view it, for those that actually develop for fun and entertainment this is a major blow to a project let alone to someone's morale, take my post however you wish though it's your opinion.
