Torrent files on Poronolab have your account's unique pass-key used by the website to track your downloading/uploading stats and sharing it is a bannable offense, sorry. On the bright side tracking statistics incentivizes people seeding, so there are always 30-50 guys uploading, which allows you to download at insane speed of up to 50 megabytes per second.

Rather than "pirates not wanting to be pirated" it's more of a give-and-take system, which (as been mentioned above) prevents parasiting leeching and keeps torrents alive. The site itself is about as trustworthy as f95 (strict moderation with the torrents being checked for safety).

It has nothing to do with that - the only reason is to force users to stay and seed, because if your ratio of downloaded/uploaded torrents gets too low you can't download any new ones, unless you go back to seeding what you've already downloaded.
My LazyProcrastinator torrent has around sixty(!) seeds right now, despite its size, which in turn allows new users to download it at crazy high speeds.
