Everytime i try to launch the game it says file not found

Does anyone else have a problem with animations showing this release or am I the only one? Every animation scene its just a still frame of the MC licking Jane in the bathroom in the very beginning.

It seems as though the entire animation folder is missing. The game won't even run for me.

There's two versions, one with the full scale images and one with the images "Crushed" down a bit to make them smaller. Sounds like you were given the larger one.
