Could you run a speedtest and show the results?
Specifically the 'Host' field is important.
EDIT: I turned off the server in the USA due to overloading. I will be ordering new hardware to replace it.

Now it seems to be going fast enough. At the time of the original post, I did the generic google speed test and got about 500Mbps. Which is the same as now.
