VN Ren'Py is making game with honey select 2 mods and card from others is prohibited?

First i want to apologize for my bad english, not my main language
So, i want to know, if i want to create VN game with renp'y and HS2 is there any rule for this?
like not to use any cards mod or maps in the game? is it must be original that we create or we can use any of those
