I'm trying to use StarFab to get models from StarCitizen.

I have obtained StarFab, but when I double-click the .exe file, nothing happens. When I tried to open it with PowerShell, I received the message: requests.exceptions.ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='github.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /pyvista/vtk-data/raw/master/Data/cubemap_space/16k.zip (Caused by ProxyError('Unable to connect to proxy', SSLError(SSLEOFError(8, 'EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:997)'))))
So it seems I'm missing the file: 16k.zip, but I'm not sure where to get it from. Does anyone know?
