Let's start with the main thing. Why might you be interested?
Honestly, there aren't many reasons.
1. Theme of the game https://f95zone.to/threads/ashes-v0-2-alpha-sine-nomine.85729/. Resident evil\The last of us. Survival in the world of monsters, and clashes with bandits/soldiers/slave traders.
2. Focus on classic RPGs. Branched thread of dialogues. A choice that affects what scenes a player will see. Ability to solve problems in a variety of ways.
3. The main character is a woman. It may not be for everyone. But I thought that in terms of gameplay, a female character in a monster game setting has more possibilities. If you know what I mean.
4. The main character has more freedom of choice than usual in such games. In the game, you don’t need to lose to a monster 50 times to raise the level of corruption, after which the character is ready to spread her legs in front of anyone.
5. The game provides the opportunity to realize your ideas. The main plot has many branches in which a wide variety of stories can be told.
6. I have experience creating a game. I guess you can say that I'm an average 3D artist (Daz3d).

Who am I looking for and why?
As I said above, I've been developing the game for a while. Mostly alone. Then the situation in Ukraine began. Sanctions were imposed on Russia and I couldn't get money from the Patreon. There were options to be found, but I just burned out at that moment.
Now I try not to repeat my mistakes. I want to find other people ready to develop the game together. And to avoid burnout.
The team needs:
1. Writer of sex scenes and dialogues. I warn you right away that the game is in the entourage of Resident evil \ The last of us. So a significant part of the content is devoted to sex with monsters.
2. There were no tags for a sound designer so I used the tag ‘composer’. What I mean is the one adding different sounds to the game. This means the sounds of doors, footsteps, groans, clapping, shooting, etc.
3. 3D artist. It is easy. Daz3d. Rendering according to the prompt made by the writer.
About the payment. As mentioned above, the share of income from the Patreon. As much as we receive, we divide as much. But please note that due to the sanctions, I will be able to transfer money only if you are registered on Patreon.
