I would like to create content like this but I don't know where to start. Could someone show me the way? Where should I start to learn how to program this type of content and then open Patreon or something like that in the future?

search renpy tutorial on youtube and start from there. and forget patreon for now, you need to at least learn the basics first.

Ren'Py or RPGM are definitely good engines to start if you have close to zero applicable skills. I'd do one or more short, one-shot type games to start with, for the express purpose of learning, and release them for free here on F95 and elsewhere to hopefully receive some useful feedback. The relevant tutorials you should be able to easily google up yourself too.
