RPGM I wanna know how they do this on RPGMaker MV

Soo I really like this game called Summer Memories

And suddenly found this game after playing Summer Memories few months ago:

My dress up loser is obviously inspired by Summer memories (I think??) They're also made in RPGMaker
Either Dress up loser copied the base code or there's some plugins you need to achieve this type of style/game.
Anyone got ideas on how they do this?
