Those are autocensored links to file hosts that doesn't exist anymore, they are like that to prevent user from using dead links.

If it's in the opening post of a game/comic/animation thread, you can report that post and ask for an replacement.
If it's just some users post, nothing much you can do there besides trying send a DM and ask if they still have it.
