So I've been a casual member of this community for a hot minute, but haven't really interacted much. Like 20ish replies and zero threads. Mostly here to snag some delicious porn games and beat my meat while I cry in deep loneliness.
That aside.
I've been brain storming ideas for years, with 5-6 original projects and 1-2 abandoned projects, I'd like to make a reality.
Most have a story fully written(4 of them) , while the others are partially written. Outside of the story aspect, I have written plans for game and sex mechanics, missions, locations, quests, etc.

I can't draw for shit, so I'm looking to maybe pick up coding, to at least be able to contribute beyond writing and ideas , till a more adept coder comes along, once the project takes off .

What I'm asking is if anybody can guide me in the right direction, in terms of where to find coding resources (Python most likely) and advice on getting into the adult indie scene?
I have a vision but not a starting point.

Thank you in advance for any advice.

I barely use renpy (which is what I assume you would be using), but I think youtube playlist should get you started on the basics.

Thank you , checking it out now.
Yea I'm leaning towards ren'py, but I'm also interested in unity as well, even Godot is a possiblity, just depends on which one can easily house some of the mechanics I'm wanting to put into motion.
