I was thinking more along the lines of a revenge plot. Uncle has been hypnotized into thinking he's fucking these girls for money and is actually just giving them money for nothing, then the game is about him struggling to break out and after he succeeds, realizing hypnosis is real, he works to keep them unaware he's broken out and is turning the tables.

Alright, I know it's really bad MTL but could you (the translator) at least pretend that you care a little? The text is cut off in the second dialog box of the game, like 5 seconds after you start.

And about the name of the game, we can see in the game window that it's "Hypnosis oncle" and not "hypnotized" which indeed completely change the meaning.
