Realistic liquids are hard in general and even harder when they are suppose to stick to surfaces in close proximity to small areas of geometry.
There must be a transition between the object mesh / material (with multiple textures like diffuse/roughness/bump/normal working together) over to actual geometry (the liquid itself). In 3D, standard liquid simulation basically all behave like oil on water - they just don't interact enough with the surroundings (capillary action, absorbtion, etc.) - and it is computational expensive to simulate it. Software like Houdini specialize on that.

I've been around here for some time and have not seen convincing jizz or goo in any animation so don't get your hopes up.

I'm a newbie on the subject, so don't mind if this is a stupid question, but aren't Hydra's or Bulgingsenpai's fluids good?

I mean, it's not fully realistic but it looks nice. Bulging's Tifa facial and Hydra's Rachel creampie look pretty well done, like the way the fluids behave.

usually its like can i see what the animator is trying to do? thats good enough for me. its difficult to do, everyone knows, they know, hell some animators don't even do them at all, i rather have them compromise and do what "looks good enough within their means" instead of spending extra weeks and months trying to get that perfect viscosity or trying to make sure the light refracts with it correctly (cough wildeer).

Primitive SFM animations can definitely surpass some Blender cum animations.

is one of my all-time favorites; This doesn't mean Blender is inferior/SFM is superior; I consider Redmoa to be one of the best cumshot animators out there.

is actually really good. The key to a good cumshot (from my unprofessional opinion) is having ropes with cloth sims. the natural proteins in cum make it "stringy" or "streaky", so ropes + fluid with relatively high surface tension and a little bit of particles for flair make for a really good cumshot where you get that natural stick and right amount of fluidity, and the particles add for the stray sprays of cum that don't really appear but shoot out. I've yet to see all of those applied together so I'm not completely sure on the stuff I'm seeing, but I'm drawing from memory and from what I know about animation.
