take the
lib - folder
renpy - folder
and "GAME name ".exe
from any renpy 2.7 game and copy/paste them to desired renpy 3.9 game and rename 2.7 .exe file to the 3.9 game name .exe and i t will load and play
i have done it on 3 games so far and they all run.
i cannot believe its this easy but it works.
