How to make Machine TL'd game run in Japanese?

For example, there is a new version of Nampa Beach that is MTL but I want to link it to deepl which would much likely provide better translation; how can I "un-MTL" the game? Can I delete some files to do so?

Only by replacing the entire data folder with the files from the original version.
