How to fix renpy game loop

I have functional image map and hud. However the main game loop seems to be broken due to adding return stements.

What ever I do the game ends and I a not able to make the main game loop to work

I don't know a thing about renpy, but there's a return under label hud_map_mask that doesn't have the same indentation.

If renpy uses python's indentation format, then that return is likely being executed all the time, and not when running the code under hud_map_mask.
