How do I fix the ��� name that keeps on appearing in my files?

So I keep getting error when I play RPGvx ace games or related that says that something is not found. And usually it appears as �����. I was wondering how I could stop that from happening from every Japanese game I download. I mainly find this error within the games files such as, BGM,BGE,and SE. I would really appreciate if somebody could answer this. Btw I also changed my system local to Japanese and it still won't work.

Also try extracting them using something that can use Japanese. I use Bandizip, but I think WinRAR can do it too. The latest Bandizip has ads though apparently.

So I tried both options, however it didn't fix my ���� problem. So I am wondering if I am doing something wrong here or are the files just ���� like that... If so is there way to fix it? Btw the game i'm trying to play is this one

You need to click on the "code page" icon and tell Bandizip to use Japanese, like...
